Brian Chrisman is a Sea, Air, & Land Supply Chain Professional, with over 15 years of global leadership experience across diverse markets and commodities.  Brian has established partnerships with Foreign, Federal, State, and Local governments in the support of the business development and transformation efforts.  Brian is recognized for an entrepreneurial spirit exploring and pursuing unconventional ways to adapt and overcome challenges.  Brian holds a M.S. in Criminal Justice with emphasis in Homeland Security from Saint Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering and Technology from Northern Illinois University.



Matthew Stramel is a Technology and Software executive with 15+ years of experience in the technology sector. Matthew is responsible for the overall technical direction of the company. He has extensive experience in building innovative large-scale, highly available systems that transform the way we utilize technology all over the world. In the past, he has deployed such systems at Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Cisco & many other global companies. Matthew has a B.S. in Information Technology from American InterContinental University and an Associate’s degree in Business.


Shaun Peyghambary – Risk Assessment Analyst


Ed Schroder is currently a Captain for a large metropolitan police department. Ed has over 22 years of experience in field operations, investigations and administration. Ed has extensive experience in investigations involving various types of crimes and social injustices and possesses an intimate familiarity with the inner-workings of the criminal justice system.  Ed holds a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science with a Minor in Criminal Justice and graduated from the prestigious Los Angeles Police Department Leadership Program.



Shaun Peyghambary is a Fire Captain with a major California city fire dept; with over 20 years experience in the fire service industry supporting diverse communities within the state of California. Shaun’s experience in both the state and local government has allowed him the opportunity to implement paramedic programs, firefighter training programs and emergency response initiatives.  Shaun has a background in California’s Helicopter Firefighting operations (Helitak), All-risk emergency response operations, and pre-hospital emergency medical services.


Ken Hardesty - Training & Development Director

Ken Hardesty served seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps before deciding to pursue a career in law enforcement. He has served continuously for nineteen years in large California agencies. His assignments include Detention, Patrol, Field Training Officer, Specialist Officer, Academy Recruit Training Officer, Basic Academy Coordinator and In-Service Training Officer. Ken is California POST certified to teach Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Chemical Agents, First Aid/CPR, Emergency Vehicle Operations and Patrol Response to Active Shooter. Additional certifications include, National Rifle Association Tactical Shooting Instructor, Surefire Low Light Tactics Instructor and Pepper Ball Instructor. He is a court-certified expert in Illegal Weapons, and serves as a subject matter expert for the State of California in the areas of Firearms and Chemical Agents. Ken currently teaches multiple topics relating to officer safety and first responder tactics in two California basic police academies.  Ken is a Charter Member and on the Board of Advisors for the National Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Association.
